Refund Policy
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned products must meet the following conditions:
Product must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
All accessories and tags must be included
Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
Personal care products once opened
Customized or made-to-order products
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake by the vendor or GPO.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
If a customer places an order and refuses to accept the product at the time of delivery, the following policy will apply:
The customer must pay the delivery charges incurred for that order.
Delivery charges will be deducted from any prepaid amount or may be required to be paid before placing future orders.
Repeated refusal to accept deliveries may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the customer’s account on GPO.
Vendors selling on GPO are responsible for:
Ensuring product quality and accuracy of product descriptions
Proper packaging to prevent damage during delivery
Cooperating in return and refund processes
No products in the cart.
